Data Archiving started in the winter of 2017 – one of our long standing print customers wanted a way to solve their file storage issue. As a Wealth Management Company our customer was storing confidential client files for many years. Files became boxes and boxes became physical storage solutions – the basement, the back office and then a local lock up storage company. They asked us to find a digital solution for them.
Our customer’s archive which spanned back over almost 20 years was ENORMOUS. We took a deep breath and started with box 1. Eighteen months later, we now have other archiving customers, we have a lot more knowledge about the industry and are experts at preparing paper files and scanning them to digital locations. We understand the importance of confidentiality, excellent service, communication and taking the filing strain away from the people we work with.
